This is dedicated to my best friend Tshepang Jan Manyaka, who is a pastor, psychologist and a writer. It is because of him that I am where I am in my life today; we are hustlers in the Lord.
We do our best to get our piece of cake no matter how far it is, how big or small it is, or who has it. We grew up together and we are still hustling in the Lord, and no matter what we will get that cake.
My friend, may we grow old together hustling and hustling so that the world will remember us and what we have done. May the World remember our work, sermons, our message and most of all may the world remember that we lived according to our purpose given by God.

Thanks to the saints who have worked together with me and gave new ideas so that I can share the awesome blessing of that God gave me. After four years I am finally an author and I praise God for the blessing that qualifies me to be considered a somebody in the community.
I thank God for those who support me in my ministry and gift most especially my advisors Bongi and Collin Damams, Tshepang Manyaka, Emanuel Kgomo, Sifiso Sithole, and Mrs E Koopedi who encourage me regarding my career. To all my faithful supporters and followers, which are 2000 in number, who make sure that they encourage me to write about another big idea so that they can grow along with me and be challenged to do something great themselves.
To my family, may God continue to favour you with his love as you continue to be a blessing in my life. To my spiritual family may you be blessed with every spiritual blessings.

PREFACE
Word for Word, who can stand against words. I realized something that no matter how many times a person would apologize what was said cannot be forgotten, as people we say things that are bad, we invest more time on saying things that break people than build them and after all is said and done we want to apologize while someone sleeps with a broken heart.
As authors we are paid to make sure that people sleep with happy hearts, we get paid to encourage people, we get paid to make sure that broken hearts are mended, we get paid so that people may find pleasure in whatever kind of book we publish, may be novels, short stories, inspirational, religious, health and many more. It does not matter what kind of book we publish as long as it can speak to the hearts of people and change their lives.
This book 104 (one man and four other problems) is simply a book that is meant to make you laugh a book that will make you see life, your children, your career in a different way. Why not, why not laugh about the things we go through in life rather than just to sit there and sulk, cry and weep over spilled milk. As people we need to laugh more, love more and live more.
104 (one man and four other problems) might be considered a novel but I see it as just another comedy show, yet this time you are not watching it on television but you mind pictures everything that is happening. No ad breaks, no network problems but it’s just you and your book. No matter what you are going through read this book and laugh, read this book and be joyful, read this book and heal from whatever situation you are going through.
So many people ask me how I do it, how do I keep writing and coming up with another big idea, my answer is simple my friends and family give me all these ideas. How you ask? Well, through their life styles, how they laugh at unimportant things and how they find joy in small things no matter what they go through.
Why can’t we joyful at all times, why can’t we laugh, love, and let live. This book is about a man who is a very important person at their firm, as a matter of fact he got a higher position and was made partner at a young age but when he met these four young varsity ladies, he started laughing more, enjoying life more, going out more and living life either than always wining a case or reading and trying to be the best all the time. I do agree with old writings of King Solomon, who believed that there is time for everything, time to rejoice, time to be sad and so forth. Yet let’s think about it for a second is life all about getting being rich or poor, sick, dying and getting cremated? Why don’t we change it? Why don’t we laugh more, and have healthy lives? Folks lets laugh a little.
My name is William Seitshiro otherwise known as Hlogi. I specialize in every type of writing no matter how hard or how big it is. I am the best at what I do, not because I think I am but simply because I live to write. I write when I am sleeping, I write when I am tired, I write when I have nothing to write and I write I feel like I have nothing to say. Whenever I write people respond simply because I live to encourage people to do more even when they are tired and feel like they have no more ideas.
As I have mentioned 104 (one man and four other problems) will make you laugh, love a bit, live a little and understand a mind of a young person. Do enjoy the book, enjoy my work and most of all live a little, challenge yourself and take a risk, do what your family failed to do, push yourself, live your tomorrow today and witness your art getting well know and you will be remembered for who you are, an author, an artist, musician, a teacher and so forth simply because you did your best with what you loved. Remember no one can do what you because only you can do it best.
Courage is not the absence of fear but the realization that fear is there but you’ll do it anyway.
Do something your family failed to do, go ahead and leave your mark.
INTRODUCTION
Having learned the love that parents have for them and the feeling they had to protect them, they knew the exact reason why they were not allowed to leave the house and live far from their parents. As rich as their parents were they knew that they are not going anywhere unless some miracle happen, maybe get struck down by lightning or maybe get supper rich that they stop caring for them, yet neither one of them was not going to happen so they sat down with no word to say to each other.

Scene 1
They sat down at the round table at a restaurant waiting to be served and there the blonde high school teacher walks in. Tebogo, Jessica, and Jordan did not like her because she had no sense of fashion and she had a smell like a female dog. Smiling with her high school boyfriend, who happened to be a soccer player, who everyone used to call Will Smith because of how well structured and handsome he is.
Oh hi Emily, and the other three, you look horrible as always what’s happening? She said as she smiled toward her high school boyfriend.
Tebogo replied with a sad face, we have a feeling we might be staying here after all.
Oh shux that’s not right, besides were here to celebrate you leaving…
(They looked at her as if she was crazy but she continued.)
Why don’t you corner your parents by calling a meeting and see what they will say when you ugly three and beautiful Emily gang up against them, oh Emily I hope you survive living with the three jungle girls.
At that moment they knew that hope has sprung up in the desert (from their blonde teacher to be precise). They knew what to do exactly.

Scene2
They started scheming behind their parents back. ‘We need to make them meet with each other, so that we can convince them that we need to be close to varsity’ so they thought. A day came for the four rich young girls to provide facts about their case to their parents.
Emily’s house
Good evening we have tried a few times to make you see how much we need to be close to varsity just so that we won’t be late with school things besides we wouldn’t like to take a chopper so that we can get to school. We promise to be good and study all the time, all we need is to be close to school and have the liberty to join anything we are interested in at school. –Tebogo
Mom, dad we went through the whole thing again and again and what disappoints me is that you don’t trust me enough that I would take care of myself. We are determined to make sure that we make good grades; all that we need is your support. –Jessica
Let me ask, how do you expect us to learn from our mistakes if you do not permit us to do them. Mom, dad you always say that you want me to grow and be a very good mother and career woman but how is that going to happen with you depriving me all the necessary things so that I may grow. –Jordan
When we passed with good grades in secondary school, you promised that I will get to make my own decisions, I wonder how is that going to work out because what you are planning for us is to take a chopper from Johannesburg to Pretoria at a high class school that requires us to stay close so that we can take advantages of extra classes. We want to be the best that we can be, and all that we are asking is for your support. –Emily
Parent’s response
Clearly your intention was to attack us but we really thought about this and what we offer is this, we find you a house with a one year lease agreement, you pay rent and after a year you will sort yourselves out if you still want to live that side. Since you want to grow up, girls you will have to get jobs that side and learn how to make money for rent, food and anything more that you want. We will give you monthly allowance but since you want to grow up you will have to learn how to work for it.

Life in Pretoria
Walking in their beautiful house, they were excited to be in a different place, they were excited to take that long walk of freedom from their parents’ house. One months in Pretoria and they realized that life is tough because their allowance cannot cover for the whole rent, transport and the food also, they had to look for an alternative.
They went online and looked for any student that is looking for a place to live and they found nothing, until Tebogo pasted online ‘we are in need of a house mate, someone to share a house and pay rent’. After posting it online many people came but they did not like them. Young and old people alike. Just when they thought that it’s not going to work out, then a young man knocked on the door.

Scene 4
Promotion
Since Neo was now a Partner one of his firm requirements was for him to help out at another branch, which happened to be small but they trusted him to deliver because he never lost a case and he worked with some clients that are from big companies. He was then released to go prepare himself for Pretoria and when he got home he started looking for a place to stay. Being young as he was looking for a place that he could own and also an expensive place because he can afford. Until he noticed that finding a house can take much of his time, he found one house with four people who needed the firth person to stay with them.
He was a young lawyer, who was made a partner in a small firm and has never lost a case. He was a serious type of a person always at work, reading and never going out. A man with status, a man who a gold digger would love, a man who affords life and fast cars. Since he himself was sent to Pretoria to work at their small firm, he had no house therefore he saw that post online.

Scene 5
Young man
When they opened the doors Emily fell in love with his whole being. ‘hello, I hear that you are looking for a house mate’ he said. She opened a door with her mouth wide opened and mesmerized by how handsome he looked, to his surprise as he walked in he saw no man around and he said ‘maybe it is a wrong house’ because as he walked in no one said a word but they just started at him.
As he was walking out Tebogo rushed to him and said ‘it’s a right house and yes we are in need of a sex mate, shack mate, house mate, oh my I can’t speak’…he sat down and after his interview he decided to stay there for a while until he finds a place where he can stay, besides he had a case to attend the next week, he then asked when he can move in, and they said anytime.
AT THAT MOMENT HE KNEW THAT HE WAS GETTING INTO TROUBLE BUT HE THOUGHT TO HIMSELF THAT HE OS A GOOD LAWYER WHO CANNOT BE CHALLENGED BY FOUR GIRLS.
As Neo was talking to Tebogo and Emily, he noticed that Jessica was busy trying to put her hand in Jordan’s mouth, and he said I think one of your friends would want me to represent her in court after she kills you other friend. When they heard that they stopped and posed like kids who were found stealing sugar.
Tebogo shouted, what.
Do remember that we need you to pay when you come, Jordan said with a cold face.
Jessica tried to stop her from saying it but he said it without any reason to care about his feelings. ‘I tried’ she said while she walked away with a smile.
Its ok I can pay now via EFT, he said.
No No No, we want cash to ignore all the problems, said Jordan
He laughed and said, I feel like I am being robbed by my people from the townships but hey you are my landlord.
Tebogo replied, well in that case skip the sarcasm and pay up buddy.
AND THAT’S WHEN IT ALL STARTED, AN A DEAL BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH.
